I might even skip High Sierra completely, and wait til summer 2019, as HS brings a new filesystem, and I'm not sure a year will be enough to consider it fail safe in production machines. The problem is that Apple will keep nagging you for a good 10 months on daily basis and remind you to update. I wish there was a way to stop that. How about links to the updated Safari on El Capitan and Yosemite? El Capitan and Yosemite got updates too.

Looks like the update gave my laptop a seizure. The internal display as well as the two external LG5K displays are all just flickering various colors. Wonder if I should power cycle it or wait it out. EDIT: Unplugged both 5Ks and the update continued.
Once it completed, I plugged them back in and everything is back to normal. Been mostly bug free otherwise. Hoping this update fixes an issue where one of my 5Ks would be completely dimmed down when they're both plugged in. Other then that, I've been having great performance with my 2016MBP. The only caveat being that some USB-C devices can cause my machine to hang (specifically a TrippLite USB dongle that has HDMI/Ethernet/USBA and power pass-thru).
